In case of inclement weather, we always have options for you, with multiple location for an indoor ceremony.

Coast offers private outdoor patio area with lounge furniture, high-top tables with chairs, fire tables, planters, and hanging garden bistro lights, all included in your event packaging from Spring to Autumn. Your guests will celebrate looking out at the downtown Milwaukee cityscape and Lake Michigan views.

We are happy to place a complimentary hold on an event or meeting space for up to 7 days while we work through your custom event proposal and answer all of your pre-booking questions.

To confirm your date and space, a reservation fee consisting of the full venue rental amount plus 25% of food and beverage cost estimate is required. The final payment is due no later than ten days prior to the event date.

Our complimentary food tastings for up to four people make enjoying (and planning) your event a fun and delicious experience. From savoring tantalizing dishes, tasting beers, wines & specialty cocktails during our Tasting Events spread throughout the year – along with viewing linens, decorations & more – you’ll be sure to get expert advice from our knowledgeable team. The Coast Event Team has the inside knowledge of vendors that have had a successful track record with our events in the past. From bakeries and florists to DJs – you will find top-notch services if you choose to use any on our list. You can also choose from outside our list as long as the vendor has event insurance. You are also encouraged to bring your own decorations, seating charts, table numbers as well as centerpieces & smokeless candles for added elegance. For the safety of your guests, we do not permit open flames, wall hangings, sparklers or confetti.

On-site Museum Center Park has an enclosed and secure parking garage that parks 1,200 cars. In addition, there is ample street parking. Prepaid and valet parking options are also available for events, with contact information provided by your event team.

This depends on three factors: what space you’d like access to, what time you’d need to access it, and if there is an event the day prior. See your event team to make any possible arrangements.

Yes, you can arrive as early as three hours before your scheduled event start time. You will have full access to the room during your event.

Please allow 45-60 minutes after your scheduled end time to gather your items, clean up anything that is not Zilli property, and exit. If it takes longer than this or you would like to arrange for more time, additional fees may be incurred.

Securing your event details 30 days in advance ensures that your day runs smoothly and is customized to fit all of your needs; package, menu selections, timeline, equipment requests, and all the fine details to make your day special to you. Your final guest count as well as room diagrams are finalized two weeks ahead of your event date.
